Adanax Digital provides base salaries in the top 25th percentile across all levels and locations. In addition to the base salary, team members receive comprehensive benefits, including 100% coverage for health, dental, and vision, 3% company-provided 401(k) contributions, stock compensation, stipends for team connection, continued education opportunities, discretionary time off, and the flexibility of 100% remote work options.
